Applicant's needs:

  • The completed DS-160 non-immigrant visa application form (one for each visitor).
  • The completed DS-160 form for all male applicants for non-immigrant visas aged 16 to 45.
  • Every applicant, including children of all ages, must have an individual passport valid for travel to the United States with a validity period of at least six months beyond the intended period of stay.
  • Two 2×2 photographs of each applicant showing the full face for use on the application form.
